Data we collect via forms & tools

When you submit a form on this site (contact, free website review, consulting application, diagnostic application) or related sites we operate (such as showcase.jagatjeet.com), the details you provide — your name, email, business name, website address, and the message you write — are emailed to us and stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in the US) so we can respond to your enquiry and keep track of the conversation. We never sell this data or share it with third parties.

When you use one of the free tools on this site and enter your email to unlock a result, we store your email together with what the tool generated for you (for example, your calculator inputs and results) so we can send you the promised follow-up and understand which tools are useful. The website grader also keeps a record of the addresses it checks and the grades it produces.

If you use the chat assistant on this site, the messages you exchange with it are stored in our database, along with any contact details you choose to share in the conversation, so we can follow up on enquiries and improve the answers the site gives. Your messages are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate replies. Don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

You can ask us at any time to see or delete the data we hold about you — email hello@jagatjeet.com and we'll action it promptly.

PIPEDA compliance

In compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), we collect only the minimum data necessary and do not use your data for purposes beyond those stated here.
